True, it’s the kind of sandwich you can get at a million delis around town. So why come to this one? Because instead of brisk and annoyed service, the family that runs this operation is exceedingly friendly. If that weren’t enough, they also make some mean Middle Eastern specialties, like hand-rolled stuffed grape leaves and a thick and bold hummus.
