Andy’s Frozen Custard (CLOSED)

Roasted pecans, brownie chunks, peanut-butter cups, hot fudge, cookie dough, butterscotch: You can smother the frozen custard at this Missouri-based chain (located in the Block 37 pedway) with any of them. But when the custard itself is so richly dense, everything else is pure decadence. Everything, that is, except the savory nibs of Askinosie chocolate blended into the Woo Hoo concrete. That is just pure genius.
