It gets overlooked among the many Middle Eastern restaurants that dot Kedzie Avenue, but the exceptionally fresh fare puts this Lebanese spot at the head of its class. Pita bread makes for a soft and warm utensil to scoop up moutabal, a spread of eggplant mashed with onions and peppers. Kibbeh is made to order and is one of the least greasy and most flavorful versions in the city. Unlike its popular neighbors, this spot never has a long wait to get inside.
