If we have to explain how this place got its name, it’s time you went back to school. But if it’s tapas you want an education on, the 48 varieties should be a good primer. Excellent imported meats include smoky links of chorizo. Goat-cheese croquettes are paired with sticky, sweet balsamic. Paella looks and tastes lackluster, so ignore it. But don’t skip dessert. Desserts aren’t the strong point of tapas joints, but the luscious crema Catalana? Let’s just say it schooled us.
