Sure, a heart-shaped pizza doesn’t taste any different than a regular ol’ pie. And the same goes for pasta, sushi platters and boxes of donuts. But it is a romantic way of showing your love on Valentine’s Day. Luckily, several Chicago restaurants are celebrating the occasion with specially shaped dishes and packaging so that you woo your date with food that’s both delicious and cute. Some of the following one-day offerings will sell out so act fast and order ahead if you don’t want to miss out.

Chicago’s most famous pizzeria chain is offering its legendary deep dish pies in the shape of a heart on Valentine’s Day. The nine-inch pizzas can feed two people and are available for dine-in or carryout and delivery at all locations. For guests who’d rather cook at home, half-baked and frozen heart-shaped pies will also be sold.

Lakeview’s immersive, comic-inspired cafe will help customers have the sweetest Valentine’s Day with a heart-shaped mochi donuts box. You'll receive the gift of airy and chewy donuts bursting with Valrhona Manjari chocolate and creamy white chocolate, plus handfuls of Hershey’s Kisses. The package is priced at $35.88 and can be ordered here.

Sushi lovers, this West Town spot has just what you need for a romantic night out. In addition to its regular menu, a special heart-shaped sushi platter will be offered on February 14. One of the quickest ways to someone’s heart is through pasta, which is why iconic Chicago steakhouse Gene & Georgetti is making heart-shaped ravioli stuffed with blue crab and served with shrimp bisque sauce.
