1. The touring production of Cinderella is back at the Cadillac Palace Theatre through this weekend only. Based on the 2013 Broadway revival, this Cinderella features an updated story and newly added Rodgers and Hammerstein songs. Tonight’s performance is at 7:30pm, and tickets are still available starting at just $15.
2. The eclectic reading series Tuesday Funk is where good writing and good beer mix. Every month five local writers and authors put together pieces to read while you order from Hopleaf's extensive beer menu. The readings begin at 7:30pm in Hopleaf’s upstairs space, and admission is free.
3. See an all-access documentary about a truly singular performer during the Music Box Theatre’s limited run of Grace Jones: Bloodlight and Bami. The film by director Sophie Fiennes (sibling of actors Ralph and Joseph) plays through this Thursday; show times today are at 4:30, 7 and 9:30pm. Tickets are $11.
