1. See the National Museum of Mexican Art’s new exhibit about the artistic output of early immigrants from Mexico to Chicago starting with the World’s Columbian Exposition. It’s part of the citywide Art Design Chicago initiative; admission is free and museum hours are 10am to 5pm.
2. The annual Shamrock Shuffle 8K race keeps the St. Patrick’s Day spirit going a week later. Cheer on the runners as they make their way through River North and the Loop, starting and ending in Grant Park. The race kicks off at 8:30am.
3. Have a swashbuckling good time at BoHo Theatre’s thrilling new production of Cyrano at Theater Wit. Today’s matinee performance is at 2pm, and tickets are $30.
