2. The Burlington puts ladies first at the daylong Frontwoman Fest, featuring acts led by female and female-identifying musicians. Doors open at 2pm and acts play back to back from 3pm until after midnight; admission is $10.
3. Playwright Philip Dawkins considers the relationship between two of his dramatic forebears, Tennessee Williams and William Inge, in his gripping new drama The Gentleman Caller. Tonight’s performance is at 8pm, and tickets are $43–$46.
