Your days of wandering around the city searching for a retailer roasting Stumptown are nearly over. On Monday, December 4, the Portland-based coffee company opens its first physical shop inside Ace Hotel Chicago in West Loop, as first reported by Eater.
The menu will include classic espresso drinks, single-origin pour-over coffees and cold brew beverages, plus delectable pastries from City Mouse. Ace Hotel Chicago's expansive lobby will allow café-goers to enjoy the comfortable seating and free Wi-Fi while getting their caffeine fix.
This is Stumptown Coffee Roasters' first location in the Midwest and its 10th retail store nationwide. It is the fourth location in partnership with the Ace Hotel Group. "This cafe is a great way to elevate our presence and extend our reach to more coffee-loving consumers," said Mallory Pilcher, director of marketing.
