Undoubtedly serving one of the best burgers in Chicago, the popular NADC "Not A Damn Chance" Burger operation helmed by professional skateboarder Neen Williams and chef Phillip Frankland Lee is officially debuting a second location in Chicago this March, this one at 1426 N. Milwaukee Avenue in Wicker Park.
“Of all the locations NADC Burger has throughout the country, Chicago is especially meaningful because I was born and raised here,” said Williams in an official statement. “I’m so grateful for NADC’s success and appreciative for our loyal clientele who love something so much that we get to open a second location in this city, providing another opportunity to serve my friends and Chicagoans my favorite burger.”
You can expect the new menu to mimic the one served at other locations, including the West Town address.
The owners' take on the perfect double cheeseburger—a double patty of 100% full-blooded RC Ranch Wagyu beef, American cheese, secret sauce, onions, jalapeños and pickles—takes center stage alongside fries, which can be prepared plain or "beast mode." The latter option includes a hefty amount of cheese, diced pickles, slightly tamed jalapeños, the restaurant's special sauce and seasoning. The list of offerings is pretty straightforward, but it certainly packs a punch.
Diners will get to indulge in the culinary creations inside a 2,100-square-foot space that can accommodate 60 patrons indoors, plus more on an outdoor patio that will open during the summer. Local artwork that will also be available for purchase will adorn the walls, where TVs will play skateboarding videos and major sporting events.
Think of NADC as your neighborhood burger joint that also serves top-notch draft beers and specialty crafted cocktails. There's just something about beer and burgers, right?
