Lollapalooza 2024 is underway but it’s never too early to start planning for next year. Every August, more than 170 bands, singers and DJs gather in Grant Park for four days of live performances, spanning multiple stages. The lineups are always stacked with the biggest stars in music and have included acts like Kendrick Lamar, Foo Fighters, Metallica, Ariana Grande, Billie Eilish, The Weeknd and Radiohead, just to name a few. While you can always live stream Lollapalooza for free, attending the festival is a one-of-a-kind experience that shouldn’t be overlooked. With that in mind, here’s how you can secure your tickets for Lollapalooza 2025 so you don’t miss out on all the fun.

When will Lollapalooza 2025 tickets go on sale?

Based on history, tickets are expected to go on sale around late March. Four-day tickets generally drop shortly after the lineup is announced. Single- and two-day tickets have typically gone on sale a little bit after that, once the day-by-day lineup has been released.

How do I register to buy Lollapalooza 2025 tickets?

Lollapalooza has done a presale the past few years. Those who signed up on the official website were given a special code to purchase four-day tickets during the presale. The public sale then started immediately after the presale ended.

How much are Lollapalooza 2025 tickets?

In 2024, the prices for four-day tickets were as follows: General Admission started at $385, General Admission+ at $715, VIP at $1,565 and Platinum at $4,500.

For single-day tickets this year, General Admission started at $149, General Admission+ at $255, VIP at $585 and Platinum at $2,080.

For two-day tickets in 2024, General Admission started at $299.

All ticket prices increased over time as they sold out, meaning the earlier you buy, the less it’ll cost you.

How many people attend Lollapalooza?

Last year, Lollapalooza upped its capacity to 115,000 people each day, with a maximum attendance of 460,000 across four days. And while that’s a large number, tickets can and will sell out so plan accordingly!
