Here’s one for the record books: The world's biggest bottle of soap is making a stop in Chicago this Tuesday, thanks to a media campaign from the clean beauty company Soapbox.

Just how big is the world's biggest bottle of soap, you ask? The metal and fiberglass bottle stands at 21 feet tall and 8.5 feet in diameter, and weighs 2,500 pounds. For reference, that's a little less than half the height of Pablo Picasso's untitled sculpture outside the Daley Center, or about two-thirds the height of Cloud Gate. (It's also a foot and a half taller than what appears to be the previous record holder, a 19.5-foot bottle of clear shampoo that was displayed in Saudi Arabia back in 2012.)

The stop is part of Soapbox's multi-city tour, which is raising money for global hand hygiene and donating personal care items; in Chicago, local nonprofit Covenant House and logistics coordinator GiveNKind will be the beneficiaries of soap and hygiene kit donations. When the company sets up shop in Chicago, passersby can help assemble these hygiene kits, enter product giveaway raffles and snag photos with the towering bottle.

If you care to swing by and see the massive bottle of soap for yourself, Soapbox will pop up outside of a Ravenswood Walgreens at 5158 N Lincoln Ave from 2pm to 5pm on Tuesday, July 20.
