Last summer, Refinery29 brought its interactive exhibition 29Rooms to Chicago for the very first time, much to the delight of Instagram fanatics throughout the city. The pop-up event will return to Chicago this summer with the debut of the latest 29Rooms tour, entitled Expand Your Reality, setting up 29 new installations created by artists, celebrities and brands. Like before, visitors are invited to take in the sights, interact with the works and pose for photos.

While last year's Chicago edition of 29Rooms only stuck around the city for four days, Expand Your Reality will be on display from July 18 through 28. The pop-up will be among the first events to make use of Skylight Board of Trade, a new space set on a former trading floor in the Chicago Board of Trade Building.

While the majority of the rooms included in the latest Chicago edition of 29Rooms will be brand new (including some collaborations with local artists), Expand Your Reality will feature some fan-favorite creations from recent displays in New York and Los Angeles. Guests can travel back to the ’90s and explore a primary-colored bedroom plastered with Jennifer Lopez posters and carpeted furniture in Teenage Bedroom and join a neon-lit dance party inside the Inner Beauty Ball installation. According to a release, the latest edition of 29Rooms will also introduce several "phone-free experiences," encouraging attendees to disconnect and engage more directly with certain rooms.

Tickets for 29Rooms are on sale now, with prices ranging from $30 to $39 for early bird tickets and $34 to $49 for general admission (tickets for kids ages 3–10 are available for $10). You'll want to snag your passes ASAP—last summer's Chicago engagement sold out fast.
