4/20 is this weekend and while Chicago's best dispensaries will help you stock up, you'll also need something delicious to satisfy the munchies. Fortunately, many local restaurants are offering stoner-friendly dishes and specials to celebrate the occasion. So after you're done toking up, grab a bite from one of the following spots.

Velvet Taco 

Available April 17-23, Velvet Taco’s 420 Blazin’ taco features mac and cheese, Flamin’ Hot Cheetos chicken tenders, chile aioli and Fruity Pebbles in a warm flour tortilla. Diners who purchase the special offering can also enter to win a skydiving experience for two and lunch at Velvet Taco through the restaurant’s loyalty app.

Daisies

Daisies pastry maestro Leigh Omilinsky is whipping up three special baked goodies in honor of 4/20. Swing by the cafe for a Cheetos Danish, jalapeño popper croissant or cookies and cream twice baked.

Paulie Gee's

The Logan Square outpost of Paulie Gee's will offer a stuffed pimento mac and cheese Detroit-style pizza on 4/20. Limited quantities will be available for preorder starting at 9am Saturday morning.

Estelle’s 

Wicker Park bar Estelle’s is celebrating 4/20 with two food specials. Satisfy your munchies with Dumper Fire Fries—Hot Mess loaded cheesy fries topped with crumbled Flamin’ Hot Cheetos—or Fire Nachos featuring Flamin’ Hot Doritos, nacho cheese, pico de gallo and sour cream. Both items are $4.20 each.

Heritage Restaurant & Caviar Bar

Grab a few buds and head to Heritage Restaurant & Caviar Bar for a Stoner Sampler Munchies Platter ($42, dine-in only). The special includes smoked duck and crab egg rolls, Korean fried chicken nuggets and beer battered cheese curds. 

Wake 'n Bacon

Mellow out at brunch and dinner specialist Wake ‘n Bacon and add a dose of CBD to any dish or drink for free on 4/20. Favorites include spiced maple chicken and waffles, ube flap jacks and the Bombazo Pambazo sandwich.

Jimmy John's

The national sandwich chain has rolled out a Deliciously Dope Dime Bag combo in honor of 4/20. You’ll get a smoked ham and provolone sandwich dressed with jalapeño ranch, extra oregano-basil, pickles, jalapeños, lettuce and tomato, plus a fudge brownie and bag of chips. To order, use code DIMEBAG on the web or app to redeem for $10. Available through April 21.

Cheba Hut

Cannabis-themed sandwich shop Cheba Hut is curing the munchies this 4/20 by offering four-inch subs for $4.20 all day long. Customers will also receive a free branded frisbee with their purchase.

Bodega

The West Loop taqueria is offering $5 off all orders on 4/20. Simply use the code HIGH5 when ordering online or through the app. Bodega’s menu boasts sizzling nachos, tacos, burritos and other Mexican-inspired options. 

Smashburger

If you find yourself with a big case of the munchies, the smash burger chain is offering classic single burgers for $20 on 4/20. Redeemable online or in store.

Alamo Drafthouse 

Get high and visit Alamo Drafthouse for a screening of Kevin Smith’s classic comedy, Mallrats, on 4/20. The theater will also offer three special menu items for the occasion—Kool Ranch Popcorn Munchie Crunch, Midnight Snack Mac and Cheese and a Puff Puff Parfait.
