New York rapper Pharoahe Monch joins forces with Jack White band drummer Daru Jones and guitarist Marcus Machado as Th1rt3en, a rap-rock supergroup that combines propulsive instrumentals with politically-charged lyrics. The trio headlines the latest event presented by Trinity Social Club, formed by local restauranteur Ty Fujimura and producer Solomon Oyeyemi. The performance at Chop Shop will also feature sets from DJ Dez, DJ Pickel and DJ Intel, as well as an artist Q&A lead by Oyeyemi and Jarobi White of A Tribe Called Quest.
