Sen Morimoto + Blake Saint David + Angel Bat Dawid

An accomplished saxophonist, singer, producer and multi-instrumentalist who cemented his genre-blending sound on his self-titled 2020 release, Sen Morimoto is one of the most exciting musicians working in Chicago at the moment. Other members of the community have taken notice—Morimoto regularly collaborates with local musicians like NNAMDÏ, Kaina and Lala Lala, adding cosmic sax licks and vocals to their various projects. On top of that, he's a co-owner of Sooper Records, a Chicago label that has provided a steady drip of exciting music produced by local musicians. During this headlining performance at the Tomorrow Never Knows Festival 2022, Morimoto will take the stage after sets from satirical hip-hop artist Blake Saint David and improviser Angel Bat Dawid.
