When Santigold's debut self-titled album was released in 2008, its fusion of punk, dub and hip-hop arrived at a time when hearing a pop artist mixing genres without abandon wasn't commonplace. More than a decade later, Santigold fits right in to a musical landscape that's more concerned with what sounds cool than conforming to rigid style classifications. Setting out on her 10 Years Golder Tour, Santigold will perform her debut album in its entirety, accompanied by selections from her subsequent records (including last year's surprise dancehall mixtape, I Don't Want: The Gold Fire Sessions). Baltimore rapper Naeem, formerly of hip-hop duo Spank Rock, opens the show.
