Peacers + Elisa Ambrogio

Since the break-up of Sic Alps in 2013, San Francisco rocker Mike Donovan has been on the hunt for a new sonic identity. First, he tried the casting himself as a folksy crooner on his solo album Wot. Now, he's got a new batch of laid-back psych rock tunes, released under the name Peacers and produced by prolific garage savant Ty Segall. Needless to say, the latter is a more natural fit for Donovan. His Drag City labelmate Elisa Ambrogio (of Magik Markers) opens the show.
