Cult singer-songwriter Nick Lowe is best known for his minor hit "Cruel to be Kind" and his production work on classic Elvis Costello records, but the English musician's cerebral power-pop still resonates today. He's had a welcome resurgence as of late, thanks to nods from admirers like comedian Marc Maron and Wilco frontman Jeff Tweedy. Just in time for Halloween, Lowe's Quality Rock & Roll Revue rolls into Lincoln Hall, with Nashville surf rockers Los Straightjackets and bedroom pop outfit Cut Worms in tow.
