With the Flaming Lips acting as her backing band, the controversial popstar's 90-minute LP is packed with trippy space rock and tender odes to her deceased goldfish and dogs. If her recent SNL performances are any indication, the accompanying tour will be a weird, dreadlock-clad trip.
