Macie Stewart + Reno Cruz

Best known as one half of local art-rock duo Ohmme and a prolific presence in Chicago's improvised music scene, Macie Stewart finished their debut solo album as the city was put under a stay-at-home order. On Mouth Full of Glass, Stewart surrounds delicate vocal harmonies with lush string arrangements, writing shimmering songs about dreams and embracing individuality. Stewart brings her latest songs to life at Golden Dagger during the Tomorrow Never Knows Festival 2022, with an opening set from singer-songwriter Reno Cruz, debuting tracks from his solo record after years spent performing with artists like Sen Morimoto and Lala Lala.
