One of the few bands that manages to be great despite having an exclamation point in its name, manic Welsh indie-pop outfit Los Campesinos! makes music in the style of a sugar-addled Arcade Fire. Despite the title, the band's Hello Sadness was as giddy as ever. The new No Blues sees more maturity creeping in (hey, their gigs have gone from All Ages to 18 and up!) on tunes like "What Death Leaves Behind." Though they can't shake that celebratory sound.
