Time Out says

One of the kookier classic rock bands of the 1970s, returns in the proggiest way possible. Flute playing, tights wearing lead singer Ian Anderson has constructed a meta-conceptual rock opera based on his group's namesake, 18th century agriculturalist Jethro Tull. Songs from across the Tull catalog, including the hit Aqualung, are reworked into this narrative. Codpiece cosplay is probably encouraged, I guess?
