Horn sections, violins and slightly less breakneck tempos prevail on Danish punk act Iceage's latest LP, Beyondless, which finds that band that Iggy Pop once described as "dangerous" vigorously embracing the hooks and melodies of pop music. Reigning in some of the hardcore aggression turns out to be a good move for the band, smoothing away the rough edges of its sound and inviting unexpected collaborations, such as a rollicking duet with Sky Ferreira. Experimental Egyptian rocker Nadah El Shazly and local punk act No Men open the show.
