Hamilton Leithauser + Kevin Morby

No, not that Hamilton. With the Walkmen on indefinite hiatus, frontman Hamilton Leithauser is doing his own thing, most recently releasing a record of songs that are each devoted to a specific person in his life. There's a bit of Leithauser's familiar garage-soul howling and bespoke crooning on The Loves of Your Life, but there's also a fair amount of pedal steel, synths and mandolin among the often-ramshackle rock tunes that populate the record. Make sure to show up early for an opening set from folk rocker Kevin Morby—who recently duted with Leithauser on the twangy single "Virginia Beach."
