Eddie Vedder + Glen Hansard

Pearl Jam frontman Eddie Vedder takes another break from his long-running band to debut his latest solo album, Earthling, which finds the singer-songwriter accompanied by a new backing band (the Earthlings, naturally). Featuring members of the Red Hot Chili Peppers and the Swell Season singer Glen Hansard, Vedder's latest collection of tunes doesn't stray far from the propulsive modern rock sound that Pearl Jam has settled into—no ukelele ballads here. In addition to performing with Vedder, Hansard will also open both Auditorium Theatre shows.
