Downtown Sound: Matthew Sweet

More than two decades since the release of Matthew Sweet's breakthrough album (1991's Girlfriend), the cult-fave power-pop whiz is back. Expect to hear cuts from his catalog and his latest disc, Modern Art at this free Downtown Sound concert. Local musician Erik Hall, better known as In Tall Buildings, opens the evening at Pritzker Pavilion.
