Chicago Opera Theater: Lucio Silla

Fall is Mozart season, as the Chicago Opera Theater presents a production of "Lucio Silla" which opens on the same day as the Lyric's staging of "The Marriage of Fiagro." Written by the composer when he was only 16, the Italian opera tells the tale of a tyrannical dictator who will stop at nothing to win the heart of a young woman.
