Broken Bells + Au Revior Simone

Broken Bells—the pairing of Brian Burton, a.k.a. Danger Mouse, and Shins singer James Mercer—takes the stage in the wake of its sophomore effort, After the Disco. Reviewers haven't been especially kind to the album—the word lifeless has been used—but this Webster show is a sold-out affair, so guess the joke's on you, critics. (We actually quite enjoyed it.) Dream-pop mavens Au Revoir Simone open.
