Best of 2013: The top concert photos and crowd shots of the year

We caught a ton of concerts this year. We were in the fields of summer music festivals, in the streets, in bars, in arenas, on beaches, in grand old theaters, in dingy clubs. And our team of photographers captured all the crowds and stars wonderfully. Still, certain images stuck in my mind throughout the year. That bro in the Batman mask at North Coast. The construction workers on stilts. Pink twirling from the rafters. That punchable dude with tats, gauged ears and reading glasses flipping through a book on workplace equality in the Pitchfork Festival field (because of course). The freaking Replacements headlining Riot Fest. Kanye West sporting bejeweled S&M headwear. Alice Glass swigging a bottle of Jameson at Lollapalooza. The butterfly people at Electric Daisy Carnival. The right crowd shot, or even just the right fan can perfectly capture the entire scene. So here I've gathered my favorite images from 2013.
