Schubas teams up with Bulleit for its annual whiskey dinner honoring Chicago Whisky Week. The five-course dinner is paired with spirits and includes bourbon barbecue smoked brisket, house smoked whitefish and bacon bourbon chowder, apple cider and bourbon-brined pork chop with cherry bourbon compote and a bourbon apple cobbler with vanilla ice cream and bourbon streusel.
