Andrew Zimmerman and Jason Vincent pair up for a wine dinner celebrating the Chicago debut of Austrian wineries Liomer and Wieninger. Start the night with hors d'oeuvres and then join head winemakers, Fred Liomer and Frizt Wieninger, as they pair their wines with a four-course dinner featuring monkfish liver, arctic char and roasted duck breast, followed by dueling desserts including caramelized fennel with pears, and chocolate buttermilk cake with pistachio, blood orange and melon ice cream.
