Learn about sherry (it's hot, you know) over a four-course dinner at Vera. Sherries from Valdespino, the only single vineyard estate bodega in Jerez, and La Guita will be poured to complement cuisine from chef Mark Mendez. The event kicks off with a tapas reception with a fino cocktail at 6pm, and dinner starts at 7pm.
