Paella Cook-off at Mercat a la Planxa

Mercat a la Planxa and Chicago Gourmet are throwing a paella contest, in which Jess De Guzman (Sunda New Asian), Kevin Hickey (Bottlefork Bar & Kitchen), Zoe Schor (Ada St.), Guillermo Tellez (Mercadito Hospitality), Aaron Thebault (Girl and the Goat) and Tom Van Lente (TWO) face off to raise money for the Illinois Restaurant Educational Foundation.
