Chicago bars and bartenders are up for awards at Tales of the Cocktail, the annual cocktail convention that kicks off in New Orleans on July 16, and Scofflaw celebrates by serving up some of the great cocktails invented in New Orleans (including a sazerac, ramos gin fizz, brandy milk punch and more). Plus, chef Mickey Neely will be serving a soft shell crab po’ boy, red beans and rice and barbecue shrimp.
