Ferran Adria at Balena

Balena celebrates acclaimed Spanish chef Ferran Adria with a sampling of Catalonian cuisine and Spanish wine. The renowned chef will discuss his career at elBulli and guests will receive a copy of his 2010 book "A Day at elBulli."
