By day, he led the sedentary life of an accountant, and by night he played in a band called the Splendid Ape. And then, after seven years, he finally had enough money saved to quit and open his dream bar. And that dream bar is as simple as the story of its beginnings. It’s just a neighborhood tavern with a big music stage (where bands will play every night for free), a pool table and six beers on tap.
