Live every week like it's Charc Week. Chicago has a terrific charcuterie scene, and nine different restaurants (Butcher & Larder, the Dawson, La Sardine, Perennial Virant, the Radler, Table Donkey & Stick, Tete Charcuterie, West Loop Salumi and Chop Shop) will be serving a menu heralding cured meats from February 23-27. The week culminates with a big cocktail party at The Dawson where all nine restaurants serve their charcuterie.
