The Bristol is kicking-off Bon Appétit's gourmet dinner series with a four-course dinner paired with cocktails from mixologists David Willhite, Debbi Peek and Bridget Albert. Chef Chris Pandel's menu features chilled shrimp, huckleberry and ricotta cannelloni with sage pesto, smoked tri tip paired with Albert's grilled Sangrita and a caramel bar with peanuts, chocolate cremeux and nougat ice cream.
