Tour de Fat at Palmer Square Park

Heavy rains on Saturday morning led to the cancelation of Tour de Fat's annual bike parade, but the festivities in Palmer Square Park continued as scheduled. Crowds gathered to drink New Belgium beer and sample dishes from food trucks like DönerMen and 5411 Empanadas, with all proceeds benefiting local nonprofit West Town Bikes. Despite the wet conditions, events like the 1,000 person dance contest and performances by Mucca Pazza and Los Amigos Invisibles went off without a hitch—we were there to capture all of the muddy fun.
