Muti Conducts Schubert Mass

Riccardo Muti recreates Schurbert's dramatic and intense Mass in A-flat with singers Rosa Feola (soprano), Michaela Sellinger (mezzo-soprano), Antonio Poli (tenor) and Riccardo Zanellato (bass). This piece is one of Schubert's greatest achievements as he presents a grand variety of styling and emotions. This concert will also feature Voices from the Silence, a cantata by spaghetti-western composer Ennio Morricone. This piece is a response to the 9/11 attacks intending to give a voice to the victims.
