La Clemenza di Tito

The final opera of Mozart's life, and the last one of the Lyric's 2013/14 season, La Clemenza di Tito weaves a dramatic tale of love, treachery and magnamnity during the early Roman Empire era. It's Mozart's stirring late example of opera seria. This production, from the 2011 Aix-en-Provence Festival, stars Matthew Polenzani, Joyce DiDonato and Amanda Majeski.
