Stuck at your desk during one of the Millennium Park Summer Music Series concerts you wanted to attend? Just put your blanket on the floor, get out your bag of snacks, crack open a beer and point your browser to YouTube (you should probably invite your coworkers to join you). Chicago's Department of Cultural Affairs and Special Events has started live streaming the free concerts in Pritzker Pavilion each Monday and Thursday, meaning you won't even have to go outside to see free performances from the likes of King Sunny Adé, Lower Dens and José González.

The streams (which mirror the visuals that are displayed on the pavilion's giant LED screen) are also being archived, so you'll be able to relive past shows, including Monday night's performance by Rodrigo Amarante and Leyla McCalla (which we've included below). While no video will ever be able to entirely capture the experience of watching a band perform under the twinkling Chicago skyline, these streams are gifts to anyone who has experienced FOMO after skipping a free Millennium Park show.
