As the warm weather falls away and the days get shorter and shorter, we're in need of a drink to warm us. So, we teamed up with our friends at the Game Room and Land and Sea Dept. to create The Sour, a classic cocktail the bar puts its own spin on every few months, and this take on the drink is perfect to usher us right into winter.
The Sour is made with London dry gin, lime juice, maple syrup, apricot and Angostura bitters—the apricot gives it just a hint of fruit while the maple syrup gives it a round sweetness with a bit of baking spice flavor from the Angostura bitters. This cocktail is available at the Game Room through the end of November, so head over to try it out before it's too cold to think about setting foot outside.
