1. Eat tons of meat

You voted for your favorite burgers in Chicago and now it's time to reap—or eat—the rewards. Get tickets for Time Out Chicago’s Battle of the Burger and eat your way through the tastiest burgers before casting your vote for the very best. (Museum of Contemporary Art, 220 E Chicago Ave, 5pm and 8pm. $35)

2. See a photo exhibit

Check out a collection of photographs and essays that examine some of the environmental and societal impact of hazardous waste. This particular exhibit seeks to raise awareness of the problems with oil refinery’s petcoke dust. (Museum of Contemporary Photography, 600 S Michigan Ave, 10am. Free)

3. Enjoy a free concert

Start the week off right with a free concert in the Pritzker Pavilion. Listen to the Jones Family Singers as you watch the sky change color and the stage light up. (Millennium Park, 205 E Randolph St, 6:30pm. Free)
