If you've ever visited one of Third Man Records' physical outposts in Nashville or Detroit, you know that Jack White's personal record label strives to add a bit of whimsy and novelty to the act of purchasing music. That sentiment extends to the Third Man Rolling Record Store—a truck packed with LPs from artists like the White Stripes and Margo Price that drives across the country, popping up in unexpected locations to sell its wares.

The mobile record store is coming to Chicago this weekend, where it will park in front of Reckless Records' Wicker Park location on Sunday, September 24 from 2 to 6:30pm. You can expect to find plenty of records and singles for sale, including exclusive colored vinyl and other hard-to-find items (we're hoping that they packed some copies of the 7" vinyl reissues of Muddy Waters' Chess Records singles). The truck is also stocked with Third Man Records merchandise, if you feel like showing off your label pride with a T-shirt or tote bag.

Once you've made your purchases, you'll be just a short walk away from some other great Chicago record stores—why not make a day of it?
