Two live local talk shows are marking milestones Friday night. The Interview Show, hosted monthly at the Hideout by Mark Bazer, marks its eighth anniversary with a lineup of guests including former Gov. Pat Quinn, artist Hebru Brantley, Hot Chocolate chef/owner Mindy Segal and blues musician Toronzo Cannon. The Interview Show takes place first Fridays at 6:30pm; admission is $10.
Later in the evening, Good Evening with Pat Whalen opens its third season at the Frontier in Edgewater. Whalen's guests include Emile Cambry Jr. of tech innovation center Blue1647 and Ra Joy, executive director of CHANGE (the Coalition for Honest and New Government Ethics) Illinois; the musical guest is Celine Neon. Good Evening is first Fridays at 10:30pm, also $10.
