Crinkle-cut fries, ShackBurgers and frozen treats are heading west to Fulton Market as lovable New York import Shake Shack opens its fourth location in the Chicago area. Joining spots in River North, the Loop and Old Orchard, the new location will open at 185 North Morgan Street on Wednesday, May 24 at 11am. The first 50 guests in line on Wednesday will receive a free West Loop Crunch concrete, a collaboration with Fat Rice Bakery.

Playing up the neighborhood's past as the city's manufacturing epicenter, expect Shake Shack's Fulton Market space to have industrial touches throughout. The side of the building will also feature a mural by artist Don't Fret, who pulled inspiration from Carl Sandburg's poem Chicago for the piece. And, of course, all the menu classics you've come to love will be part of the deal too—from burgers and fried chicken sandwiches to concretes and adult beverages.

Shake Shack joins a flurry of new Fulton Market openings including Kuma's Corner (also opening Wednesday), Do-Rite Donuts and Beatrix, giving the area a healthy influx of casual eats.
