We're not quite ready for summer to end, but the fact that Riot Fest is just a few weeks away is a reminder that our days of sunny, outdoor concerts are numbered. But let's look on the bright side: with the help of the newly released daily Riot Fest schedule, you can finally start to chart out your weekend in Douglas Park. We've already told you about our must-see acts—now it's time to make sure you'll be able to catch their sets.
Wondering what our initial impressions of the schedule are? Well, it's a little surprising to see acts like Death, Swervedriver, GWAR, Hum and Alvvays playing pre-3pm sets, but that's probably just a symptom of the stacked lineup. There are also a few notable schedule conflicts that we're bummed about, including overlapping sets by Drive Like Jehu and Merle Haggard; System of a Down and Iggy Pop; and Snoop Dogg and Tenacious D. That being said, we do appreciate the fact that most of the music gets started a little later on Sunday morning because, let's be honest, we're all going to be a little hungover.
Take a look at the daily schedules below and prepare yourself for the most rockin' weekend of the (late) summer.
