If you were afforded the chance to have your last words memorialized in an obituary, what would you say? Would you tell your friends and family you loved them? Ask forgiveness from those you wronged in this life? Or would you be like Elizabeth Bowman and take one last shot at Bears quarterback Jay Cutler on your way out?

Bowman passed away earlier in January and had her obituary published in the Chicago Tribune this week. The brief write-up described her life, legacy and apparent disdain for Cutler.

"Elizabeth Porter Bowman, 78, of Northbrook, Illinois died peacefully January 9, 2016, surrounded by her children. Betsy was an elementary school teacher and later a tutor, but her passion and focus was being a dedicated and involved mother and grandmother. She was a woman of loyalty, integrity, opinion, curiosity and intelligence. A lifelong fan of the Cubs, Blackhawks and Bears (except Jay Cutler)."

You have to respect her dedication. Even in death, Bowman's still dishing out hot takes on how she thinks Jay Cutler sucks. Although it's kind of unfair that she won't have to answer for her smack talk. Makes the whole thing a little one-sided.

I feel a bit bad for Cutler here, though. The dude just can't catch a break. It's bad enough he has to take all kinds of flack from the living, and now he's got the dead haunting him. That's definitely rough, but maybe he can use that as an excuse next season whenever he gets sacked or throws a pick.
